香港輔導及表達藝術治療中心是一個致力於提供專業心理輔導和表達藝術治療的服務的機構。我們相信每個人都有經歷困境和挑戰的時候,我們希望為受助者提供支持,協助他們重獲心理平衡,獲得自我成長的力量。

 

使命:

幫助受助者克服各種情緒和心理困擾,提升心理健康,並在人生旅程中成為他們的支持者和嚮導。我們相信每個人都是獨特的,有不同的需要與期望,因此我們提供個人化的輔導方案,以確保受助者獲得最適切的幫助。

 

理念:
我們以傳統的專業心理輔導知識為基礎,結合創新的多元化方法,包括表達藝術治療、遊戲治療及藝術等,與受助者建立真誠的互信與連繫,深入了解他們內心感受及情感需要,引導他們找到解決問題的新途徑。

  • 明白您的急切,並急您所急,一般會於一天內回覆您的求助或預約

  • 尊重每個人的獨特性及私隱,所有資料及面談內容,在保障本人及他人安全的前提下絕對保密

  • 團隊專業可靠,所有輔導師及治療師均具有相關專業學歷及經驗,並各具不同專業範疇,可配合受助者的不同需要

  • 收費合理透明,並為受助者提供一個安全、私隱度高及舒適的環境。

HKCEXAT combines traditional talk therapy with creative expression as a means of promoting emotional healing and well-being. This approach recognizes that not everyone responds well to traditional talk therapy and that some individuals may benefit from a more experiential and creative approach.

At a counseling and arts therapy center, clients may work with both a therapist and an arts therapist, or a therapist who is trained in both talk therapy and arts therapy. The therapist may use a range of different creative modalities, such as drawing, painting, sculpting, or movement, to help clients explore their thoughts and feelings and gain insights into their experiences.

The goal of this approach is to provide a safe and supportive environment where clients can express themselves in a nonverbal way, which can be particularly helpful for those who have difficulty putting their feelings into words. The creative process can help clients access parts of themselves that may be difficult to access through talk therapy alone, and can provide a sense of empowerment and control over their healing process.

In addition to individual therapy sessions, counseling and arts therapy centers may also offer group therapy, workshops, and classes that focus on using creative expression as a means of promoting mental health and well-being.
